Date & Time

Do you have a specific date in mind or are you flexible? Do you have a specific time frame or reservations that you made? If you do, then we can put together an itinerary based on your specifications and make sure to account for traffic and loading times. If you are not sure, we can give you a variety of options within a give date range. Some dates are busier than others, which can affect price, so we can provide the most cost-friendly options for your trip.

Pick Up Location

Where would you like to be picked up for your trip? Will there be multiple pick-up locations for your group? Let us know all of the pick-up locations and number of people at each location and we can figure out the best schedule to minimize your rental costs.

Destinations

Do you know exactly where you want to go? Do you have appointments or reservations? If you don’t know the exact destinations, we can help! If you want to go wine tasting in Napa, but don’t know that specific wineries, restaurants and other places you would like to visit, our team can give you a variety of options and help you to create the perfect itinerary for your group. For larger events with multiple destinations, we can create a schedule using fewer buses that shuttle back and forth to save you event more money!

Number of People

Do you know the exact number of people that will be traveling or at least have an idea of the range? The number of people in your group will determine the types of vehicles that you can use and how many buses you will need. Small and medium groups can use our Executive SUVs, Sprinters and Minibuses, while larger groups will opt for our large Coach Buses. For events with multiple destinations, we can use smaller buses to shuttle back and forth, which will give you added flexibility in scheduling.

Is there something that would make the occasion special? Our team can do our best to handle any special requests that will add to the enjoyment of your booking.
